<p>Also, you can prepare weekly menus.  Purchase everything you will need for at least 2 weeks of meals.  Place your menu for the week on the fridge and look at it daily so you will know what to prepare that day.</p>
<p>No need to make elaborate meals with tons of ingredients that take a lot of time.  Keep it simple.  If you make a big batch of soup, chili, spaghetti sauce, etc., freeze a portion of it for later. </p>
<p>Another good idea is the crockpot.  Put it to good use, especially in the winter.  A lot of good crockpot recipes can be found on the internet.  Just place the ingredients in the pot, turn it on, and come home later to a delicious meal.</p>
<p>Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup taste great on a chilly day.  Another simple idea is to make breakfast food at dinnertime.  Bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes or waffles taste great any time of day. </p>
<p>Keep your options open and keep it simple.  Tasty meals don&#8217;t have to take all day to prepare.  A little meal planning can go a long way in reducing the stress from your life.  Take all the help you can get. </p>
