
1 c. unpopped popcorn
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. white sugar
2 tsp. Watkins Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla Extract
Directions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pop popcorn in air popper. Place into large mixing bowl; set aside.
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla and cook until thick and bubbly. Pour over the pop corn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated. Spread popcorn onto a larage roasting pan.
Bake for 10 min. in preheated oven; then turn heat off and keep in oven 20 min. longer. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
